About

I am Andrea Guaccio, born and raised in Italy on a sunny September day.

I am driven by a constant curiosity: understanding how things work and how to make them work better. With over a decade in consulting, I specialize in ERP implementations, logistics, WMS integrations, and MES.

My approach always puts people first. The most elegant technology is completely useless if it fails the human beings using it. I believe the best implementations happen when the team takes ownership of the system, rather than just surviving its adoption.

This philosophy has guided every single project I have managed so far. By focusing on people before the specific features to configure, I work to tear down the barriers of resistance to change. It is the only way to pave the road for the innovations the company demands.

Because if you do not have the people on your side, you are just buying a very expensive failure.

Beyond consulting, I am an avid reader and a huge fan of Japanese manga and biographies. And, when time allows, I never say no to a co-op video game.
