Mi guida la curiosità: capire come funzionano le cose e come farle funzionare meglio. In oltre 14 anni di consulenza mi sono occupato di implementazioni ERP, logistica e integrazioni WMS e MES.
Metto sempre le persone prima di tutto: la tecnologia più elegante è inutile se tradisce chi la usa. Quando non scrivo di ERP leggo biografie e manga giapponesi, e non dico mai di no a un videogioco in co-op.
Se non hai le persone dalla tua parte, stai solo comprando un fallimento molto costoso.
